ABOUT SANCTUARY CATS
Our Sanctuary Cats are a little afraid of humans but live a fabulous life amongst other scaredy cats. Some of our Sanctuary Cats will remain in our care forever and with cats living up to the age of 20, that’s a long time.
WE NEED YOUR HELP
We have 33 cats in our Sanctuary and rely on donations from the public to care for them. You can probably imagine that’s a lot of hungry mouths to feed and keep healthy. Thanks to generous sponsors like YOU we can help provide them the best care possible.
BECOME A SPONSOR
We send you twice a year, in June and December, updates about your cat so you can get to know its personality. You can sponsor multiple cats (what a great gift for your loved ones), just submit a form for each cat. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible and you’ll automatically receive a tax receipt.

Biscuit
Our sweet and very pretty tabby, white and ginger girl is loved by all of the cats in her pen. She is very relaxed and slowly becoming a bit more trusting with the regular volunteers and enjoys sprawling out in the sunshine.
TIPSY
Our beautiful tabby girl who enjoys her food very much! She is very shy but is definitely a lot more confident and happier than when she first arrived here at the rescue as a very heavily pregnant stray a few years ago.
FRANKIE
Our eye-catching silver tabby who is a firm favourite amongst our volunteers. He is an inquisitive and outgoing boy and adores all his sanctuary friends.
ROSIE
Our funny little ginger girl who is always hungry and always front and centre at meal times. Rosie came to us about 5 years ago as a new mum with babies. She has blossomed since then and has become quite the little character always sitting up high to watch all the comings and goings.
XENA
Our beautiful little grey and white girl is a very shy and petite lady and a bit of a loner but is slowly coming out of her shell. Her all time favourite food is bbq chicken and she will appear from anywhere anytime she can smell it!
ARCHIE
Is our handsome big black and white boy who came in as a stray from the north of the state. He is very wary but loves nothing more than to find a sunny spot to stretch out.
